These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of partyactionpeople.com (the "Website") and your purchase of tickets, sponsorships, and other services from Party Action People Pte. Ltd. ("Party Action People", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • use the Website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems;
  • introduce malicious code or interfere with the Website’s operation;
  • copy, reproduce, or exploit Website content without our permission.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and event branding, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent.

  • Event details, dates, venues, speakers, and agendas are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of material changes.
  • Tickets and passes are for the named registrant and may not be resold without our consent. Tickets bought on one of our event sites are also subject to that site’s ticket terms, which apply where they differ from these Terms.
  • Sponsorship and exhibitor arrangements are governed by the separate agreement signed between you and us; where there is a conflict, that signed agreement prevails over these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose conduct is unlawful, disruptive, or in breach of event rules.
  • Prices are as stated at the time of purchase and may be exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is processed through our payment providers, including Wise. By purchasing, you agree to the applicable payment provider’s terms.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund / Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • the Website and our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind;
  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses;
  • our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or our services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Website or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

The Website lets you check whether a handle, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile or code that contacted you belongs to Party Action People.

  • What a result means. “Verified” means the exact value you entered belonged to one of our staff when you checked. It does not authorise any payment, signature or transfer. Accounts can be hijacked: for anything involving money, also ask for a one-time code and confirm by email from @partyactionpeople.com.
  • Acceptable use. Use Verify only to check a contact you received. Do not use automated or bulk queries, try to discover or list our staff’s identifiers, or work around the proof of work or the rate limits. We may block anyone who does.
  • Verify is provided to help you spot impersonation and is not a guarantee about any person or message.
